Fujiyama, The Most Beautiful Mountain in Japan



Fujiyama is the highest mountain in Japan, located between Yamanashi and Shizouka. Fujiyama has a height of 3776 meters above sea level. In sunny weather, Fujiyama can be seen from Tokyo and Yokohama. The mountain is a volcano mountain, though currently includes inactive vulcano mountain.

From many mountains in Japan, Fujiyama including the most revered by Japanese. You can see the beautiful scenery of Fujiyama from long distance on sunny day. Nevertheless, for hikers, climbing a mountain to the top of Fujiyama will give challenges, experiences, memories, and even benefits. For people who like climbing, there are a certain route and time to be able to climb the top of Fujiyama. Fujiyama climbing season normally opens in July and August because in this months are the peak of summer in Japan and this mountain is free from snow. In addition, the temperature is relatively cool than other months.
